Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs are to the customer’s charges.
All our packages are sent via our partnership Packling.
Orders are dispatched as soon as possible after receipt of payment.
Delivery times depend on the postal service (with COVID 19, the time is slightly longer).
Packages are sent by registered post with acknowledgment of receipt.
Once the package is taken care of by post, we are no longer responsible for the condition in which the package arrives at your home.
For any complaint concerning the condition of the package upon delivery, please take a photo of the package as well as the delivery slip and notify us as soon as possible on our address: email@example.com
Returns & echanges
You have 14 days to return your items in their unworn condition, with the original labels and in their original packaging.
Return costs are your responsibility.
Send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org stating in a comment the order number and the reason for your return within 3 days after receiving the package.
Put the products in a clean box and we will indicate you the following address on the package.
Go to the post office nearest to you to drop off your parcel within 14 days from the delivery date.
We agree to reimburse your items within one week of receiving the package. It will be through our platform payment.
